9.0Excellent experience! The breakfast was outstanding, and all the staff members were friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I was particularly impressed by the quick response from the housekeeping team whenever assistance was needed. The front office staff were very welcoming and ensured a smooth and pleasant stay. Their hospitality and dedication to customer service made the experience truly memorable.
− Everything was excellent during my stay. As a minor suggestion, the light dimmer controls could be better labelled. It was somewhat difficult to identify the correct switches, and we had to experiment with them to adjust the lighting according to our preference. Other than that, the experience was outstanding

9.0We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the overall hotel experience. The staff were courteous, and the service was excellent. However, compared to our stays at Taj Downtown and Taj Palm Jumeirah, we felt that the breakfast spread could have been more extensive, as the variety was somewhat limited. A special mention goes to the waiter who thoughtfully arranged some takeaway snacks for our child. This kind gesture was greatly appreciated and added a personal touch to our stay.
