9.0食事もおいしく施設も使いやすく申し分ない。海があまりきれいでなかったことが残全ではあったが、季節要因と最近の地球温暖化の影響かと思うとホテルのせいではないが、少し残念ではあった。チェックインもチェックアウトの時間もよく考えられていで便利であった。

Loved our stay. Possibly returning in the future
8.0We were upgraded to a condo for families and it was the best choice. Loved the access to the beach and facilities. Plenty of privacy and things to do.

Great stay but food was not flavorful
6.0Although the stay was okay and the food needed some work. The one that stood out to me was Victor! He was sooooo nice and always attentive to every detail. Remembers faces and makes the atmosphere a lovely place to be. We ate at the Piña a few times and it was lovely having him here.

A home away from home
10.0Ive been coming here for years and every time i come back its like visiting family. Victor and Jorge have always treated me like family. Rosa is always a sweetheart. I cant wait to be back and see them again.
