8.0A simpatia dos funcionários; o tratamento e a gentileza todos são muito solícitos e agradáveis. A quantidade de bares que tem neste lugar e todos servindo bebidas a todo momento. Ahh e o tratamento recebido no spa foi maravilhoso. O que mais gostei de verdade foi a surpresa da troca de quarto! Por razões que não entendi trocaram nosso quarto e foi MARAVILHOSO, pois nos colocaram em um quarto de frete ao mar
− A taxa extra Ambiental cobrada, deveria ser avisada quando efetuei a reserva pois afeta o orçamento da viagem
Bom hotel, mas exige planejamento e se atentar aos horários para reservas dos restaurantes!

− Restaurantes a la carte não consegui fazer nenhuma reserva! E muitos dos funcionários parecem que estão sendo obrigados a trabalharem! Não são nada simpáticos, com exceção do vallet
