3.0− The ridiculous “pre-authorization charge” charged the amount for the room, then swiped the card at the hotel for the full amount plus $100 deposit. So essentially I was out $700. Money was floating in the merchant network for 10 days u til I got the “pre-authorization” released by their bank. Will never stay at that hotel again! Never had a bank charge me twice. I got the money back 10 days later but that doesn’t take away the fact that money was missing out of my bank for 10 days.

1.0Staff and location are fine.
− Wifi is terrible, unable to access connection on my computer. Room very ugly, door doesn't close properly, elevators smell disgusting, and it needs to upgrade urgently, breakfast very low quality. Parking lot full of drug users. No Safety to stay outside. I wouldn't recommend it.
Not worth the money
3.0Location wise, it was good. Only that!
− The room wasn’t clean. The AC wasn’t ON before I checked in to the room. Never got a room service to clean even after calling them over 3 days in a row. The room was missing the iron and when I called them to bring one, this took 3 phone calls and they kinda asked me to go to their receptionist to get one. The elevator smells so bad. There is no clean water there, you need to buy it from the vending machine which is only available during working hours. Parking is $10/day — not free.
