A stay with great location, but several service and comfort issues held it back from being enjoyable
4.0The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to the Juan Miró Museum and just a short walk to the beach. I especially liked how clean and well‑maintained the pool area was. Overall, it made the stay comfortable and convenient.
− Check‑in time was inconvenient, and the process felt slower than expected. No complimentary water on the first night, which is unusual and gives a poor first impression. The water in the fridge was cold and not appropriate for kids. Room cleaning was below standard, with details that should have been addressed during housekeeping. No safety barrier for the kids’ bed, which made the setup feel unsafe for families. Breakfast was fine overall, but the wait time was excessively long for freshly cooked options.

9.0Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend, frisch und der Koch hat alle Eierspeisen nach Wunsch zubereitet. Zudem war er sehr nett, plaudert mit den Gästen und hat für gute Stimmung gesorgt. Der Pool Bereich ist ebenso sauber und groß.
