− Cleaning staff are terrible. Delayed check in. Not much courtesy coffee and tea,/water when we ask. We were two and they kept giving for one. Bathroom had dirty ear buds when we checked in. Worst of all you pay for the parking at the hotel

5.0La amplitud de la habitación. La cercanía a selwo aventura (10 min en coche). Amabilidad de la cocinera y camareros. La piscina era bonita. Estaba limpio.
− La falta de sensibilidad hacia una pareja con un bebé. Puse que llegaríamos de 14:00 a 15:00, me dijeron que lo tendrían en cuenta. Llegamos a las 14:40 aprox. y nos dijeron que a la habitación aún le quedaba, que podíamos ir a la piscina o dejar allí las maletas mientras. Le dije que no, que habíamos indicado con bastante antelación la hora de llegada porque era la siesta del bebé. Estuvimos esperando en recepción, el niño llorando porque tenía que dormir y no podía, nosotros agobiados, con las maletas por medio, después de todo el viaje hasta allí. Otras familias llegaban y les daban sus llaves para la habitación al momento. Total... que por fin sobre las 15:15 nos dan las llaves para entrar. Para mí sorpresa, en la habitación no estaba la cuna que también habíamos pedido previamente. Llamé a recepción y me dijeron que es que las traían por las tardes... Sinceramente, lo que cuesta salir con un bebé de viaje,... solamente queríamos el hotel para asegurar las siestas al niño y descansar nosotros tarde y noches. Por eso cogimos la cadena Barceló por las buenas referencias. Pues no pudo ser así. No entiendo que tarde una habitación más que otras y encima no esté ni la cuna puesta allí. En fotos se ve que hay un mini club, pero nos dijeron que solamente es en verano. No había nada para niños. Ni un dibujo en una pared, ni una mesita para ellos, nada de parques con la amplitud que había alrededor de la piscina. Antes de la cena estábamos allí más familias con los niños en mesas sin saber donde ir. Eché de menos una zona para ellos. La calidad del buffet también era regulera. La carne estaba muy dura. La variedad de comidas tampoco era extensa. Para el precio que tiene la habitación allí, no está a la altura, la verdad.
