4.0The view - and the bed was comfy. The staff were lovely and once again the food at the bistro was amazing!
− The fact that our unit had just been painted wasn't nice at all. The smell of paint was terrible. We drove in and there was rubbish all over the driveways (yes, the bins hadn't been picked up, and it was windy but for the price I was paying this shouldn't be an excuse). There were paintings/pictures left on the floor. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower (obviously it had been painted over instead of being fixed). Bugs and cobwebs on the ceiling and in the shower. The fridge while it worked in this apartment was dragging on the carpet so was very difficult to open. No in room safe again and no coffee making pos machine even though you supply pods for one. I was paying $355 a night for the view basically and certainly won't be doing that again. Really disappointed as this chain of hotels usually comes with perfection or close to it.

6.0The view was beautiful looking over the lake. and the restaurant had amazing food. The staff were lovely. The bed was comfy.
− The room certainly didn't meet my expectations of a 4-star resort. What was mentioned in the 'included in this room was incorrect' The fridge didn't work (froze everything we had) and there was no in room safe. When we mentioned this, they did offer to store our valuables (passports etc) at the office, but this defeats the purpose of an in room safe. The room was pokie and the small balcony had a used yogurt container on it.

10.0The hotel was amazing, the grounds, the restaurant, the location - everything was great. We sat and watched the golfers all day in the sun.
− Couldn’t complain. Would be amazing if they had a spa here! It isn’t by anything, it’s a golf resort but that’s exactly what we needed

10.0The location was great a small trip to anywhere. We did have a washer and dryer for a stay which was very handy. The view on the deck and balcony was beautiful watching all the wild life.
Apart from the stairs the location was great. The rooms were really good value.
8.0Room was pretty good actually. Well appointed and tastefully furnished. Kitchens were great and the roll out bed easy to use.
− The entry stairs are non compliant and as such dangerous. You have to walk down sideways not to catch the back of your heel. The window between bathroom and master was interesting. OK for a couple perhaps but when you have a third guest a little weird. We noted a blind had been removed which would have been better to have. The TV's were good but not smart enabled so no netflix available. But SKY was appreciated.
