10.0We had an excellent experience at Jaz Makadi Oasis from start to finish. What stood out most was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, always doing their best to make our stay enjoyable. The food was brilliant. There was an impressive variety at every meal, with plenty of choices for different tastes, and the quality remained consistently excellent throughout our stay. The beach and pool experience was fantastic, and there was always something to enjoy during the day. In the evenings, the hotel offered great shows and entertainment every night, which made each day feel complete. One of the best compliments we can give is that we did not feel the need to leave the resort for a single day. Everything we wanted was there. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, but what makes Jaz Makadi Oasis particularly memorable is its distinctive character and atmosphere. It does not feel like a generic resort; it has its own charm and identity.

10.0We had a wonderful stay at Jaz Makadi Oasis and will definitely come back again! The food was absolutely amazing — delicious, with great variety and quality throughout our stay. The aqua park was so much fun, and the beach was beautiful, sandy, and perfect for swimming. The rooms were comfortable and nice, although they could be even better with some renovation and updates. A very special thank you to Tamer, the Restaurant Manager, who truly deserves recognition. He was incredibly kind, professional, attentive, and always made sure that everything was perfect. His warm attitude and genuine care made a real difference to our experience, and we really appreciated everything he did for us. A big thank you as well to Khaled from Housekeeping for his kindness and excellent service, and to the Reception team for being so helpful, cooperative, and welcoming throughout our stay. It was a great experience overall, and we left with very happy memories. We will definitely be back! ❤️
