− I had no WiFi in the apartment for the 11 days and it cost me a fortune to top up my phone so I could use mobile data it said on the booking I would have WiFi

1.0Solo por decir algo bueno, el chaval que se encontraba en recepcion hizo todo lo posible para solucionar el problema.
− Las fotos que se encuentran en la pagina de Booking no corresponden con lo que luego te dan, falta de limpieza, falta de comodidad, la cocina sucia y en mal estado, las tumbonas de la zona de solarium rotas y sucias, REPITO no coinciden las fotos con lo que luego ofrecen, la calida - precio no tiene nada que ver, un hotel muy caro para lo que ofrecen, sin aire acondicionado aunque es verdad que no lo pone, pero ya podrian plantearselo, ni siquiera nos quedamos, segun entramos en la habitacion nos fuimos de ella, le preguntamos a recepcion donde estaban las habitaciones que publicitan y no nos supo responder, en fin para no repetir, ni siquiera plantearlo. Al menos nos devolvieron el dinero..

7.0De locatie is uitstekend gelegen. Vlak bij playa de las americas en Los Cristianos. Zwembad en water is goed. Echter er moet wel onderhoud aan zwembad plaatsvinden. Er ontbreken steeds meer tegeltjes. Personeel is goed.
− Het complex begint te verouderen. De kamers moeten dringend gerenoveerd worden. Vooral keukentje en badkamer. Er hangt ook geregeld een riool lucht. We komen er al meer dan 10 jaar en de prijs is in de loop der jaren wel erg verhoogd zonder verbeteringen (renovatie) door te voeren.
