− The cleaniness waa v goos but was torn paper in the chaselong of the balcony since the date of arrival till leaving which meant that they didjt clean it or even see , airconditioning in dining room was not spreading all over the place

10.0The room was exceptional - we loved the premier suite and balcony with the lagoon views was a dream. The customer service from everyone was superb, welcomed on the day by Abdel Rahman who looked after us so well, explained the services and amenities well. Perfect welcome. Throughout our stay all the hotel staff including security who always called the taxis/tuktuk for us super fast, house cleaning staff, restaurant staff and all the reception staff were amazing and welcoming in every way.

The property was fully renovated and reopened on February 15, 2023.
Please note that a smart casual dress code is required at all of the hotel's restaurants. T-shirts and shorts are not allowed. No loose or cotton clothing is allowed in the swimming pool. All swimsuits must be of proper material such as Lycra, spandex, or elastane.
Please note that the main pool and children pool are heated seasonal ( winter).
