7.0The staff were attentive. The location and building were good.
− For a supposedly 5 star hotel. The buffet breakfast was very poor. The cooked breakfast was cold and the majority of the food was aimed towards the dutch market. The restaurants were mediocre at best. Prices were reasonable. But if they charged more money maybe the quality would go up. Also I was told that the parking would be discounted from 22€ to 11€ a day. They charged 22€ a day. Also one of the restaurants took a 20% tip that I did not authorize. The lounge facility was not forthcoming at reception. And also how to enter and exit the exclusive areas was not explained at reception. For a 5 star hotel I would have expected to not have to lug my luggage to my room. Not really a 5 star resort. As a discerning customer I would have expected a lot more. I rate the breakfast buffet a generous 4 out of 10. I can not fault the staff or the architecture of the complex. I was also led to believe when I checked their website that it was adults only. Only to find out upon arrival that it was infested with children

9.0The amount of pools and things to do was really amazing. Just a beautiful hotel. Really big rooms. Really really lovely reception staff at The Level. We had an amazing time
− The free lounge area at The Level felt understaffed (often tables filled with dirty plates and glasses). The room service menu could definitely do with some more healthy options. The aircon vents definitely need a clean!!
