10.0Todo perfecto, fueron unos días increíbles, el hotel genial y el personal muy amable,elgrupo de animacion para los niños una pasa y lo mejor de todo los chicos de animacion,todos muy atentos y cariñosos y en especial Jolu y Mau,muy cariñosos y atentos,gracias por todo ha sido un placer.
Una experiencia por debajo de lo esperado para un hotel que se presenta como 5 estrellas Nuestra estancia tuvo aspectos

− servicio lento, falta de organización y, especialmente, la gestión de nuestra incidencia con el alacrán en nuestra habitación y la falta de seguimiento posterior.

− LAS MALVINAS SON ARGENTINAS! Lastima que los empleados del Hotel nos festejaban los goles agenos a los Argentinos EN LA CARA, me parece una falta de respeto, me senti muy mal. Justo fuimos en epoca mundial! PERO NO DA!
