5.0− El sistema para reservar en los restaurantes pésimo, y cuando fui a la gerencia, no me querían ayudar hasta que pedi hablar con la gerente la cual fue la única persona que de alguna manera nos hizo reservaciones para 2 restaurantes.

− 1.- el Concierge que nos tocó, se le mando mensaje preguntándole de actividades para el hotel, pero jamás nos contesto. 2.-la actitud de bartender de restaurante de tacos con actitud pesima 3._ por otro lado en las imágenes del hotel se ve que si hay monos, pero en todo la estancia que estuvimos no vimos ninguno
