7.0El parque acuatico para menores y las habitacion eran accessibles
− Falta mas variedad en los buffets,acceso para adultos mayores o personas con movilidad reducida, el kids club es muy pobre el servicio. Y si necesitas un carrito de asistencia por alguna razon taardan hasta 1 hr o mas en atenderte. El precio calidad deja mucho que desear esta sobrevalorado, solo por el parque acuatico y el cenote natural, pero el acceso a habitacion y desayunos o restaurantes es complicado para adultos mayores. Asi mismo require habitaciones familiares que aunque Sean cuartis separados estuvieran conectados no puedes dejar a un adolescentes en otro cuarto solo solo por que no manejam habitacion familiares para familias de 5

5.0− El sistema para reservar en los restaurantes pésimo, y cuando fui a la gerencia, no me querían ayudar hasta que pedi hablar con la gerente la cual fue la única persona que de alguna manera nos hizo reservaciones para 2 restaurantes.

10.0Perfect place, I expected less, but was surprised. Very good place to be with the kids. As vegans the restaurants prepared meals for us. Highly recommend
