All in all we do enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn but just wished the elevator was working.
7.0Love the location, it’s easy to get to the areas we were visiting.
− The elevator was not in good condition. It was only allowing 2 people at a time so my husband had to take the stairs up and down. We were on 6th floor, so this was a task. Also our room didn’t get vacuumed as we found a pair of earrings on the floor when we arrived.

AWFUL I WANTED MY MONEY BACK BUT THE GUY KICKED US OUT WHEN I TOLD HIM HOW BAD MY STAY WAA
1.0Awful was told my children eat free but then when I went to go get their food I was told I had to pay bevause the vouchers arnt for free food
− The elevators wornt working. We had to walk up 3 set of stairs with luggage and everything. Not once did they tell us the elevators worst working until after I paid.
ONLY 2 people elevator & out of order stairway
4.0The king size bed with pillows were comfy, kitchen was ok. I like the ice machine & ac was perfect temperature.
− FIX THE ELEVATOR! That is a fire hazard! Only 2 people at a time & that was enough to make you very uncomfortable to ride. The stairway was out of order. The pool is way smaller than expected, from the picture online, only 19 bathers & small hot tub. We got kicked out the pool due to lightning which i understand but could not hear the life guard & he came over yelling at us to get out, then I told him we could not understand him when he was yelling from a distance. Oh and the pull out couches are not comfy at all, felt like a thin cushion & bed springs. This hotel definitely needs improvements and a lil more friendlier staff.
All in all it was decent, but we will not be returning.
3.0Waterslide was the star of the show. When it’s open.
− The elevators didn’t work and for a family of seven. It was a little ridiculous not to be able to go up altogether. (Only two at a time) I wasn’t aware until we arrived that it wasn’t a full free breakfast. For the price we pay free breakfast would have been nice. I reserved two rooms and they couldn’t get them right next to each other so it was inconvenient that we were on totally separate floors. The slide is the money maker unfortunately, my family and I only enjoyed it for 30 minutes of our entire Weekend stay!! it shut down on the last night of our stay due to a thunderstorm. It could have used a good cleaning. The bottom of the pool was a bit slimy.
