Wie nach Hause kommen
10.0Der Service in der Laguna Lounge von Fattah, Nataj und Ahmed war wieder sehr gut. Wir hatten das Gefühl, nach Hause zu kommen, weil sich jeder an uns erinnert hat. Fattah hat alle kleinsten Probleme sehr diplomatisch gelöst und behoben. Der Zimmer Service von Hassan war top (5311). Er hat uns immer sehr großzügig mit Wasser versorgt. Ahmed im Fitnessstudio war ein sehr motivierter Trainer. Hoffe, dass meine Motivation jetzt auch anhält. Romay am Strand hat uns jeden Tag unsere Liegen eingerichtet und nett mit uns geplaudert. Alle waren super und immer engagiert. Feedback z. B. Nichtraucherschutz in der Laguna Lounge wurde umgesetzt. Danke, wir kommen sicher bald wieder.
