− Shower tray had a giant crack/spilt which was filled with silicone. It was that bad the shower tray should have been replaced. Not the standard toilet f a 4 star hotel

− Ich habe Schimmlige Bettwäsche erhalten und ein neu gekauftes T-Shirt wurde wohl mit der Bettwäsche entsorgt. Vom Hotel kam eine Entschuldigung und das wars.
