Cheap not cheerful, but friendly staff.
4.0Booked for one night only. It was pretty cheap and included breakfast. The hotel is in the old town, where we wanted to stay. Breakfast was fine, because it was included. Beds were comfortable and the room clean.
− The hotel is rated a two star, questionably so. It is very basic, fine for a night but wouldn't like to stay longer than that. The room has minimal facilities, comfortable double bed, one bedside table and a chair to be used on the other side. There is a socket in the middle of the wall above the bed, so no use at all for charging phones etc. Two sockets on the wall by a small desk. The wall TV was quite impressive, my laptop is bigger. The bathroom had a good shower, however there was only one small light above the sink. So it was a dark space and useless for seeing properly, no light above the shower itself. The location is very deceptive, because it is in a side street we didn't realise just how noisy it would be in the early hours. Really not helped by the paper-thin walls that "allowed" us to hear the loud *** in the neighbouring room. No sleep at all unfortunately.

Good location, nice staff, hotel dated, better offering from competitors around the area. Wouldn’t stay again.
4.0Location was great. No issues with the staff. Very friendly and nice.
− Room was dated, shower head not working correctly (however did get fixed when reported). Paint issues on walls on the wall. Walls extremely thin, could hear guests all throughout the night and the housekeepers in the morning.
