5.0Most of the staff were so lovely and helpful ..housekeeping were so friendly..
− The fact that they knew a buggy would be needed for return from A celebration in the grounds They refused ..(..A long walk back to main Hotel )..Main lift was out of order and as some one with a walking problem a lot of walking was needed to change levels..and on day of leaving reception was asked to call a Taxi and they refused ...So not happy with this type of Customer service ....No 5* Hotel would do this ...3* maybe
