8.0Em geral, é agradável. Os funcionários bastante atenciosos, simpáticos e muito disponíveis para ajudar. A localização é bastante boa, dado que tem muitos transportes públicos mesmo à porta. Cama muito confortável e o quarto dispõe de todas as facilidades de que se necessita.
− O hotel necessita de algumas renovações, e o quarto não era tão grande quanto parecia na foto. Pequeno almoço necessita de melhorar face ao preço que se paga por pessoa.

6.0Friendly helpful staff at check in. Good size room. Crystals hanging from bed posts. Interior room colour selection tasteful. Bus stop out front. Parking on site. Shops walking distance.
− No dinner available but didn't find out until after I booked. Tiny ensuite. Noisy fan in ensuite. Sensor light and fan in ensuite on timer and cannot be turned off if you need to use toilet at night and doesn't turn off for 10 minutes. Curtains didn't quite cover the entire front window and there was a floodlight shining through. Road noise and was particularly bad on Friday night. Mattress was bowed and felt like sleeping in a banana. Pillows were thin and provided little support.
