Relaxing and invigorating! Clean and comfortable! Fantastic location!
9.0The Elara is a fantastic location with easy access to great food, the Arte Museum and other Vegas highlights. Our 3 bedroom suite was just right for the 7 of us. Well equipped. Very clean. Beautiful views. The staff are friendly and helpful especially the security people at the elevators and housekeeping. The pool is a comfortable and pleasant place to relax. At the end of the day, it felt quiet and calm to walk into the Elara lobby. Thank you!
− Check in. The check in was long and disappointing to find that the friendly greeter offering to help us "check in" as we walked in just led us to a timeshare counter. While the person at the counter was helpful and pleasant, it took us a long time to politely get "no, thank you" established. Also, there was a discrepancy between what Booking.com offered in our reservation and what the Hilton provided. Maybe best to book directly with the hotel? IDK. That discussion also added time at the counter. Otherwise, once we stepped into our beautiful room with floor to ceiling windows and fantastic view,.... our 3 night stay at the Elara was wonderful!!
