− Que un hotel de 4 estrellas no tenga gimnasio, que todavía haya bañera en vez de ducha y el bufé del desayuno me pareció que no está acorde a un 4 estrellas , además la tv de la habitación se veía muy mal y era muy pequeña para el tamaño de la habitación

− Litet utrymme vid poolen, baren i lobbyn var permanent stängd, personalen i restaurangen pratar lite engelska, några inte alls. Si så där utbud vid frukosten. Det värsta var störande engelska turister, som har betett dig oacceptabelt. Detta borde hotellet inte tillåta och "kasta "ut de direkt.
