10.0Wonderful, courteous staff and the cleanliness of the building and the room and the location is just 4 miles from downtown Miami very convenient and a special shout out to the desk staff we were upgraded to a suite and a late checkout free of charge and they have a convenient shuttle from the airport to the hotel and you can use the shuttle to the cruise port also
10/10. Will for sure be the hotel I stay at when I am in the area. Very fair priced also.
