A truly awful stay with slow service, unhelpful staff, and a dirty room definitely would not recommend.
1.0Nothing. The entire experience was completely disappointing.
− A very disappointing experience. After a long drive, having to wait around 25 minutes just to check in was frustrating, and the front desk staff seemed quite uninterested. When we got to the room, the cleanliness was not up to standard surfaces were dusty and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Overall, the hotel definitely did not reflect the quality or standards shown in its online photos.

10.0The hotel was beautiful. Spotlessly clean, very friendly staff. When I booked a room back at the beginning of this year, I got a standard room for 3 people sharing, I managed to get a couple of hundred pounds off the price & got a$150 food/drink voucher chucked in. Then when we arrived there last week, Was given a free upgrade to a suite, with a balcony on a higher floor with amazing views over the Strip & also another $75 voucher as well. Very happy
− The only negative thing was when we checked out they said we had $1900 to pay, told them we had paid in full at checking in, was told the payment wasn’t taken from my bank account as they put in on hold till checking out but once I showed them my online bank statement proving the money had been taken out they obviously had to back down & said our balance was $0. But this happened to other people & unfortunately they were charged again
