6.0The place was relatively clean. It was in a nice, quiet area in Sitges perfect for quiet, relaxing evenings. Inside wasn't anything special but it did the job. It was clean and comfortable which is what was expected.
− Well, I didn't like being sent to another hotel at midnight to go and collect our room key / check in because the staff had gone home. Especially when I had to wait there until someone who was actually at our hotel had to come to where we was to bring the key. What annoyed me the most was when we got to our room that night, the door didn't shut properly or lock so we slept the whole first night with our main door open. Then the next day we had to wait two hours for someone to come and fix it. Once they 'fixed' it, it stopped working again after 5 minutes and the guy on reception didn't really seem to care and even asked me 'well what do you want me to do?' Like it was my fault. I was the one that had to ask to change rooms and eventually did after a frustrating 12 hours.
