− Tv channels were poor... F&B food was poor , price was high... No meet and greet at f&b outlets..no staff was there .. No executive or manager walking around the property Disconnect to guests.. lack of warmth

Such a lovely and peaceful stay
10.0We had such a lovely time here with the family. The resort is really peaceful and relaxing, which we loved. It never felt crowded and was just a nice place to slow down and enjoy a few days together. We spent lots of time by the pool and really enjoyed the location. Bang Tao is beautiful and everything around Laguna is easy to reach. The kickboxing was also great fun! We really enjoyed doing something a little different and it was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. But what we enjoyed most was just the feeling of the place. Very relaxed, friendly people and everyone made us feel welcome. We had a great time and would definitely come back again

Incredible family getaway!
10.0We had such a lovely 5 nights here with the family. Absolutely loved our pool suite, especially sitting outside and watching the amazing sunsets in the evening! We weren’t so lucky with the weather unfortunately, so didn’t get to enjoy the beach as much as we would have liked.. but we still had a great time around the resort and by the pool. A special mention to Orly at the pool who was an absolute joy! Always smiling, making us lovely drinks and bringing fresh coconuts. Also really enjoyed the kickboxing with Oat, great fun and something a bit different! Overall a really relaxing family getaway, lovely people and lots of good memories. We’ll definitely miss those sunsets!
