Ideal location especially as we live local but disappointing experience.
8.0Beachfront location. We booked the penthouse apartment overlooking the beach, above the restaurant. Guy that manages reception is excellent.
− Bedroom was lovely, living space was nice but there’s a lot of wasted space where the long bench is. It’s definitely missing an inside table for meals. The wraparound patio is a bonus and sunbeds available for relaxing to the side of the apartment. There’s just about enough space to have a chair outside the bedroom window but it’s very cramped. We booked a table for the evening event and confirms with 2 different staff at reception. We then checked at lunch time where our table would be situated - staff said we hadn’t booked. We asked them to check at reception as we had booked (twice!) but no joy. We were then told a new reservation had been made. When we arrived for our meal, we were told we didn’t have a booking!! In the end, we were given a small table in between the staff computer and where plates and used dishes were put ready for collection. Staff stood both sides of our table waiting to serve others who weee sat in more suitable locations. Even being sat next to staff, the service was slow and almost as if we were in the way! Very disappointing experience however the food was exceptional. The American singer was good but very cruise-ship. He worked the crowd but made it feel like an expensive karaoke- putting the microphone into guests faces getting them to sing lines from a song! Really inappropriate and jot what we’d expected from the evening. Very expensive for the experience sadly.

10.0Prachtig hotel. Volledige white-lotus vibes, inclusief ontzettend vriendelijk personeel (met hoedjes op...). Onvergetelijke ervaring. Heerlijk ontbijt. Het personeel spreekt ook ontzettend goed Engels. We hadden geluk met prachtig weer, dat helpt. .
