− In de gangen naar de appartementen zou het wat schoner kunnen. Ook het appartement zelf zou wat schoner kunnen zijn.
Chronic cleaning issue
5.0Location - near to Disney parks. Easy parkingfor cars (although paid)
− The hotel's cleanliness is appalling. Every area is dirty. The hallways are not cleaned and are full of accumulated filth (food scraps and trash were left in the corridor for over a week). The towels are dirty, worn out, and often torn. The sheets are thin, and there isn't even a proper bed cover. Dirt and hair were visible on the ground around the pools. All in all, the state of cleanliness is alarming, especially considering it is peak season.
We will continue to comeback.
10.0This place is always amazing when we visit once a year. Always friendly staff. Very clean. The water park is always fully staffed. The grounds are well kept. Great location.
