Fabulous stay with the apartment and village in a great location
9.0The property was in a great location, backed onto the pool with its own private access and a private garden with sunbeds. This meant we didn’t have to queue or pay for beds around the pool. We had 3 good sized bedrooms with comfy beds and great air-conditioning! Kitchen was fully equipped too
− Furniture and decor was a little dated but all worked fine. Some food basics such as salt and pepper would have been useful.

8.0Beautiful place, quiet calm and clean.
We had an excellent time from start to finish excellent location with lovely places to eat and get drinks. we travelled
9.0− the bathrooms by the main pool area were unpleasant
Pretty place but needs more fobs for pools or beds round the prestige apartment pool
7.0− Staying at old village prestige meant we were not given a fib to access all the pools. Reception told us that we would have to go there each day to see if a fob was available and if it was we would be given it for the day. Problem with that is reception did not open till 9 by which point all those who were staying in old village with a fob had already reserved beds by the pool. The pool that is reserved for those staying in the prestige section does not have beds by it - as a result we got Ubers to the beach every day so did not experience the pools or snack bars serving them. It should be made clear that if staying old village prestige then you don’t get a fob for the pool areas and instead have to request one daily
An excellent place to stay.
10.0This is a beautiful place. Spotless, friendly, scenic, had everything we needed. Appointment was lovely. Comfortable and noise free every night. A choice of 4 swimming pools. Lovely restaurants on site with a great selection of food. A taxi service right outside your door to get you to the beach or where ever you need to go. Thank you everyone 💓

10.0Beautiful location, close to villamoura , Apartment was comfortable and clean with all necessary amenities.
− Door in our apartment was a bit temperamental. Rang security for help getting in one night and in fairness he arrived quickly. Not very nice seemed annoyed we had to call him. Also we found it difficult to find the correct reception to collect the keys. Girl in office wasn’t that nice when I suggested it might be a good idea to specify exactly where to collect the key for our apartment.
