Communication Issues
6.0I have never had an issue communicating with a property using Hotels.Com but that was the case with Griffith Hall. The person who registered us said that it was a common issue for them. In the end, things worked out but it could be a problematic issue. The residence is just that a college residence. Don't expect a regular hotel experience. And be prepared to use public transit to get anywhere or walk a lot. It is not in a central location.

− Sería ideal si estuviera más cerca del centro. Es cierto que tiene bus cerca pero paseando es media hora.

8.0El alojamiento está muy bien, estuvimos 9 noches en el apartamento de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños para 3 personas y fue muy cómodo. Las camas bien y en la cocina lo necesario para desayunar o hacerte una cena rápida. Nos cambiaron toallas varias veces durante la estancia al estar tantos días. Está comunicado con el centro con varios autobuses que paran muy cerca y no se tarda mucho al centro, por lo que este alojamiento es una buena opción ya que tiene un precio algo más reducido que otros más céntricos.
− Sería mejorable si el baño dentro de la habitación no tuviera un ruido del extractor de aire tan grande o se pudiera conectar solo cuando fuera necesario y no fuera automático con la luz, ya que es un ruido muy alto y molesto y no se puede utilizar por la noche sin molestar. Además, se oye mucho el agua de las tuberías o bajantes de otros baños, especialmente dentro de la habitación sin baño, si tienes sueño ligero puede ser molesto. También se oye el tráfico de la calle, ya que las ventanas no son muy aislantes.
Not a bad accommodation but some issues
7.0Lovely staff at the reception area, Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and free shower gel and deodorant. Kitchen amenities were great
− Pigeons can be a bit annoying and disturb sleeping, the flat was a little too warm and temperature couldn’t be adjusted. My room had the heater/ boiler and made lots of noise at night which was very annoying.
