Disappointing despite the price
7.0Location was great, rooms were clean.
− Disappointed with the view despite paying extra for a room with a view. We were on the side of the hotel next to a building site. Upon check out, we were unknowingly charged an additional 2940 AED with no explanation. It has taken over a month to get any response from the hotel, numerous chasing emails and attempted phone calls to receive a response with no resolution or explanation.

Good to know
The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.
To guarantee any charges during the stay, including the Tourism Dirham Fee of AED 20 per room per day, the guest must present a valid credit card in their name.
