Very clean, great location, had almost everything we needed, very quiet

− The beds were awful and extremely uncomfortable. These were not King Beds as we were told. The mattresses were skinny and had a small feather bed on top.

Cation was excellent as just a short walk from town centre

− Could have done with instructions on how heating worked

We had an amazing ffew days in st andrews. Having this amazing flat as a base was great. Like a home from home.

Some good points…. 1/ location - only 10/15min walk from bars and restaurants 2/ space in the apartment we excellent 2 good size bedrooms, plenty general living space 3/ en-suite shower was fantastic 4/ quick office response time, should have been two king beds but was set as to two single beds in each room, called the office number given and member of staff was out and amended the beds all done within 1 hour from call to change being made…excellent….

− I wouldn’t say we disliked anything just for next people staying to bear in mind….only one parking space so if group with multiple cars not ideal. St Andrews not the best place to get parked there are lots of car park in the town but majority full

The perfect winter retreat in a beautiful, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment close to the centre of St A

The apartment was warm, well equipped, comfortable and a sensible layout with ample space for 3 guests. It was in a quiet area a short walk from the centre of town. The lounge and master bedroom had patio doors with open views over a bowling green and a compact tidy landscaped garden. It was November so we didn’t use the garden chairs and table but these would be useful in the warmer months.

− My mother has limited mobility and relied on the use of the exterior lift, instead of the stairs, to gain access to the main building front door entrance. Perhaps it was the cold weather but, on a couple of occasions, the doors at car park level were jammed and would not open. So, this is something for maintenance to be aware of. It seemed like freezing conditions affected the door hinges as they were stuck rigid. Luckily, there were enough people in our group to help bring my mother safely down and up the stairs when this happened.
