Perfect location, peaceful yet many high end restaurants within a couple of minute's walk.

− Host requested bond and 'cleaning fee' in cash, not something I was expecting though it was possibly in the small print. Cleaning fee was non refundable which, again may have been in the small print but why, after paying a considerable amount of money for the property would you pay a cleaning fee...IN CASH?????
