Perfect Location But....

The location

− I enquired about checking in an hour early and was told it would be 30£ which is expensive for an hour early. Upon arriving to the apartment the hall is dim and musty in need of a refresh also the front door lock doesnt seem very secure. The door fails to open fully due to the mat. The apartment is smaller then percieved in the pictures. The couch is very uncomfortable. The kitchen was small but well stocked... the light and extracter fan in the bathroom where unable to be switched off.. there appeard to be a sensor but it wouldnt turn off... we messaged for assistance but were told to "check for a switch near the door or on the wall." Which only turned off the living area light... The Headboard in the bedroom was Dirty...There was belongings left in the wardrobe along with towels and bedlinen reducing the amount of space for use... The bed was comfortable. Location is perfect but for the price you would expect higher standards.

Nette und prompte Kommunikation, gute Ausstattung außer einer Spülmaschine , USB Anschlüsse zum Laden, zentrale Lage zum Golf und der Uni, Strand in 3 Minuten, Läden/ Restaurants/ Bars in 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß, man braucht eigentlich kein PKW

− Gehobener Preis für durchschnittliche Leistung, Fehlen einer Spülmaschine, insgesamt relativ eng und hellhörig (Nachbarwohnung), im Bad gingen permanent Lüftung und Licht, die Straße nach vorne hin hört man nicht, es können gleichzeitig nur zwei Personen an einer Art Bartisch essen (2 Stühle), die Wohnungstür hat kein Sicherheitsschloss, beim Kofferabladen muss man auf einer viel befahrenen Straße im Halteverbot halten, da unmittelbar vor dem Haus keine Parkmöglichkeit ist, im Bad kann man sich über dem Waschbecken nicht im Spiegel sehen (rasieren etc.), dafür ist das restliche Badezimmer mit überdurchschnittlich vielen Spiegeln ausgestattet (was etwas ungewöhnlich ist)

The location was ideal and also quiet, only small thing was actually knowing which accommodation it was within the building which was not immediately clear that it was on the half landing. Apart from that it was really nicely appointed, small but perfect for myself and ideal for a couple or a small family if the sofa turned into a bed? Was a great stay!

I loved the flat and would book again for my next stay

Marvellous location. Clean, airy, comfortable and warm.

− The key fob box for the key needs to be clearly marked with the apartment number; confusing when ypu arrive after a long journey; 8 hours from London.
