− El personal, no todos pero en especial una recepcionista, muy grosera para contestar las preguntas y ni siquiera te miraba a la cara. En general era grosera. Todo esto por un tema del aire acondicionado que no funcionaba muy bien, pero al final nos resolvieron

− Quarto não possui frigobar pra guarda de alimentos ou mesmo refrigerar água. Café da manhã sem variedade (só omelete com 3 tipos de recheio), mamão/ melão, café e chá gelado. Além disso o acesso ao estacionamento subterrâneo é péssimo (rampa muito inclinada que danifica em baixo do carro). Deixamos o carro do lado de fora
Retirando o café da manhã o restante perfeito , a localização é ótima mudando o sistema de café o hotel fica 100%

− Bâtiment abandonné à coté. Bâtisse non peinte Propreté (poussière) Piscine non entretenue Lits exigus, chambre petite pour 4 personnes
