The backyard and pool area is the best. The movie theater is fun too!

− Some of the interior and exterior lighting fixtures were damaged or missing or inoperable. Otherwise a wonderful experience.

I would stay again in a heartbeat!

I was really impressed with the management company and how quickly they responded to any issue that came up such as needing some tools in the kitchen for making breakfast and cooking in general. We also had smoke detectors that were chirping and the batteries got replaced in a timely manner. Overall the experience was outstanding. The house was lovely, and was filled with things such as the pool table and ping-pong table, the pool, a barbecue, and enough seating in open space for people to have privacy if they wanted or to be part of the larger community. This was a family reunion and we all loved being in the space. If we have a reunion in Scottsdale again I am sure that that we would want to stay again.

− My only complaint was minor and that is that that we just did not know how to control the Jacuzzi very well. The water levels were a mystery to us and would go down by almost a foot and then magically the level would go back up. We tried working with the iPad but never figured that out. I’m not sure if there’s something you could do to try to simplify that for guests.

Luxurious Comfort in a secluded location.

We were impressed with the spaciousness and luxury of the furnishings. We felt comfortable in all areas of the estate. I loved the stove, oven, working spaces in the kitchen formerly a chef.

− There was no home manual we find in other rentals with instructions on the Spa and other amenities, but the pool cleaner gave us a quick lesson. Roku devices were on all TVs - we missed the World Series game 6 and 7 live as I didn't want to cough up an expensive subscription to an app. A sprinkler was leaking onto the exterior entry path.

The property was AMAZING! Check-in and check-out were very easy and seamless. The pool and spa were incredible. We spent tons of time in the theater and the rec room, playing pool and ping pong. They have a great game table that has, literally, thousands of games on it... There is so much to do that we didn't have nearly enough time to do it all. The house had everything... for cooking, plates, glasses and more... Everything was really just spectacular. This is one of the best properties I've ever rented... We will be back!

This place is excellent for your big family outings or older mature adults.

The house and amenities were great. The house was clean, and quiet, so much to do that we did not have to leave the house at all. The backyard was awesome. The movie theater was excellent (just make sure to have your own logins). Also the host would reply very quickly if you had a question.

− Only Keurig for coffee and only 8 pods. We had a big group and could have used a bigger coffee maker. Did not like getting a message about noise levels when it was not even an issue. I also did not like all the cameras everywhere. It is weird to have cameras all over and feel being watched. Need some bigger cooking supplies since this house is meant for a big group. Also, we had a lot of trash but only 4 garbage bags, so make sure to bring your own.
