10.0Los trabajadores,sobre todo los encargados de atender en el comedor(Sara y sus compañeros)amables y con una sonrisa siempre.Los encargados de la comida,de los mejores caterings en los que he estado.Instalaciones,ubicacion y tranquilidad y relax en todo el hotel.
− El parking ,un poco complicado .Rodeado de zona azul y teniendo que poner cada 2horas el ticket.Subrayo que no es un problema del hotel.Es estar en pleno centro.

7.0la comida bien, poca variación pero de calidad. Nos gusto mucho la noche de la barbacoa y el cocinero merecido su reconocimiento por la sudada que llevaba. Las vistas y la habitación nos gusto mucho
− El personal en general bien, menos la chica de la recepcion que dudo de lo que le dijismos de nuestra queja que en la cama habia arena de playa, y nosotros llevabamos 3 dias y no habiamos ido aun a la playa, y dudo poniendonos mala cara y diciendonos que como no era a la entrada que ya llevabamos varios dias, en fin, luego finalmente nos cambiaron las sabanas, pero considero que no debieron dudar y una de las camareras no era muy agradable, una mujer mayor con el pelo corto. Nos hubiera gustado mas actividades para disfrutar en el hotel juegos, concursos.....
