Wonderful stay, can’t wait to come back!

The apartment was absolutely immaculate and presented to an exceptionally high standard. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, and the view from the balcony was definitely our favourite part. The sofas were incredibly comfortable and made it such a relaxing place to unwind after a day out. There is parking available, although it’s worth noting that it is currently unavailable due to the scaffolding. The communication from Eric was outstanding. He was always quick to respond, incredibly helpful and made everything so easy from start to finish. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much!

The location of the apartment is wonderful, within walking distance of the beach and city centre. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities you need. The pre-arrival information from the host was excellent.

Beautiful apartment - just very hot on sunny days

The apartment is in a great location for seeing the sights of St Andrews. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is beautifully decorated. The information packs and communication from the hosts was great. The parking was also handy.

− One of the downsides of having a modern building with large glass windows is that it can turn into a greenhouse. It wasn't particularly hot weather but it was sunny while we stayed. I found it to be oppressively hot inside the apartment and my family didn't want to spend any time there (a shame as we had deliberately gone for luxury to celebrate a milestone birthday). The sunlight on the windows is compounded by only having voil curtains stretching the length of the window in the lounge area, so it's impossible to create shade (the main curtains are for decoration only and do not extend). It was good that two fans were provided but it wasn't enough. Also, as the beautiful windows run floor to ceiling, when you open them the voil curtains fly out unless you tie them back. But if you do that, you lose privacy. I am sad to leave a negative about this apartment as it is stunning and everything else was great, but it was a bit of a downside for us.
