Estancia espectacular en este precioso apartamento en Sotogrande. El lugar es incluso mejor de lo que muestran las fotos: amplio, luminoso y decorado con mucho gusto. La piscina privada es un auténtico lujo y el entorno es tranquilo y exclusivo, perfecto para desconectar. La ubicación es ideal, a pocos minutos de la playa y rodeado de buenos restaurantes y zonas agradables para pasear. Todo estaba impecable y muy bien cuidado, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más cómoda. Sin duda, una opción excelente tanto para una escapada relajante como para disfrutar de Sotogrande con todas las comodidades. Repetiría sin pensarlo. Amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Sotogrande. The place is even better than the pictures: spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated. The private pool is a real highlight, and the surroundings are quite and exclusive—perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the beach and close to great restaurants and lovely areas to stroll around. Everything was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. Definitely an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway or to enjoy Sotogrande with all the comforts. I would absolutely come back.

A disappointing break - The property advertised incorrectly, not showing damage found

The location of the property was great, and how I expected it to be. The rooms were large and the view of the marina was lovely.

− On arrival we had difficulty getting in due to a broken gate. Eager to enjoy the last of the evening sun in the garden, we found the two sun loungers were broken & then the other two patio chairs broken and with stained cushions. The pool had broken tiles around the pool, around the rusty ladder which made it wobbly and unfit to use. Inside the pool there were many broken tiles which certainly didn't look like the pool in the photographs. The owner of the property had written saying " I would like to congratulate you on your choice. The apartment is located in the most exclusive area. The apartment is my so-called home (even thought I don't live here the whole year) It is in perfect condition and it has been newly decorated last year" The bedroom pillows & quilt were stained and did not have Pillow Protectors. The list of issues was sadly depressingly long Everything was reported to the owner and photographs provided. The host insisted she had never had complaints before. I have been using Booking.com for years & have never had to give such negative feedback but as to the tiles and ladder in the pool I am concerned an accident will occur so have reported to Booking.com with photographic evidence. The faults meant we were not able to enjoy the weather in the garden and pool a key part of our holiday. The owner offered us a return to the property but I said I would not visit again unless I was assured the issues were taken care of. Since my raising the concerns with the owner I have been accused of being rude to the gardeners - we both used google translator to converse. It helped me explain to them what were my concerns. I appreciated the faults were not for them to rectify but I wanted witnesses to the faults found. They were shown everything, when they left we both said thank you and were smiling.

I Love this apartment. Location is 10/10. I have a car but never use it when I’m here! Clean bright and comfortable. Also there are always coffee pods left for you and a few condiments salt, pepper etc which always help when having a short stay. Owner is super helpful and is always on hand if ever you need her. Also I love that it has electric shutters for night time as it is ground floor, when travelling alone gives me peace of mind at night.
