− The pool that was large and deep enough for older kids and adults to swim in was crowded and too close to the main lobby to truly relax.

− The only thing guests should be aware of is that the building where the 2-bedroom villas are located does not have an elevator. Our villa was on the 3rd floor, so we had to use the stairs with our luggage. This can definitely be challenging, especially for guests with mobility concerns or heavy bags.

− condizionatore rumoroso in camera. attenzione: ho preso due notti camera con colazione salvo poi a scoprire che per la colazione avevo un credito massimo per il soggiorno da utilizzare presso il ristorante; questo credito ha coperto il costo solo di una colazione!
Super Ort um in Las Vegas zu übernachten

− Es gab Probleme mit der Buchung. Wir hatten mit Frühstück gebucht (in der App stand es), waren aber im Hotel ohne Frühstück eingetragen. Mitarbeiter hat uns an booking.com verwiesen, von denen aber so kurzfristig keine Antwort kam. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir erneut nachgefragt. Diesmal kam man uns entgegen und hat uns einen Gutschein fürs Restaurant gegeben, der jedoch bei weitem nicht die Kosten für fünf Personen gedeckt hat. Waschmaschine und Trockner waren nur vom Balkon erreichbar und daher kam man gut ins schwitzen, wenn man öfter nachgeschaut hat, ob die Wäsche fertig ist.
