Un très beau cadre et un emplacement idéal, malheureusement ternis par un incident d’accueil qui restera le point noir d
6.0L’emplacement est vraiment idéal, au cœur de Playacar et directement sur une très belle plage 🏖️. Le cadre est agréable, verdoyant et dépaysant, et l’hôtel permet de profiter pleinement de Playa del Carmen tout en étant au calme. Nous avons passé 13 nuits sur place et, dans l’ensemble, le séjour a été très agréable. Le personnel est globalement sympathique et le rapport emplacement/cadre est un vrai point fort. Attention toutefois aux algues qui peuvent parfois être présentes sur la plage, même si cela ne dépend évidemment pas de l’hôtel.
− Un incident malheureusement assez marquant au restaurant italien situé près de la piscine du bas. Pour à peine 10 minutes de retard à notre réservation, Candido, qui assurait l’accueil, nous a refusé l’entrée alors que le restaurant disposait visiblement de nombreuses places. Plus que le refus lui-même, c’est surtout la manière qui nous a déçus : attitude incorrecte, peu accueillante et même assez agressive. Lorsque j’ai souhaité connaître son nom, il a refusé de me le donner et j’ai finalement dû le lire moi-même sur son polo. C’est vraiment dommage, car il s’agit d’un acte isolé sur un séjour de 13 nuits, mais ce type d’expérience marque malheureusement davantage que beaucoup de bons moments. Un peu plus de courtoisie et de sens du service aurait suffi à éviter cette mauvaise impression.

9.0L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, le personnel est au petit soin pour les clients et ils sont d’une gentillesse incroyable, l’hôtel est proche de tout ça facile beaucoup !
