We were very impressed with the Sofitel Nusa Dua Hotel and will definitely return.
9.0We absolutely loved staying in Nusa Dua at the Sofitel. The hotel and facilities are first class, the staff are kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing with so much variety and is the best we have ever had. Loved the number of swimming pools and separate pool for children. The hotel is right on the beachfront and within a short walk to other restaurants.
− The check in process for arrivals is extremely slow. It would be better to move the checkin time earlier to 2.00pm instead of 3.00pm and maybe have more staff on serving. Our bed mattress was too hard which made it difficult for us to have a comfortable night's sleep.
