9.0La ubicación, muy cerca de las oficinas a las que debía desplazarme, pudiendo ir caminando. El desayuno-buffet, muy completo, con mucha variedad.

3.0The hotel was nice and the room was very comfortable.
− Although I know check-in isn’t till later in the afternoon, I had an early international flight that landed in which I even sent the Hotel a request for maybe getting an earlier check-in. When I arrived, although I know there were many rooms available they had me wait. It kills me that they don’t let you check in until half of the day and then kick you out early morning. I had also booked this place because they had room service and a restaurant with a bar. It seems all of that was closed and not available because of summer dates and staff changing. I let them know they should put that on there website so people aren’t deceived. Although € 80 isn’t a lot it isn’t cheap either to not have all of the amenities promised from the website. The woman at the front wasn’t so inviting either. Smile mam you work in hospitality. Punto!
