− They staff wasn’t very helpful, there was an instance where our room was no cleaned and we had to beg for them to clean it. The cleaners finally came through at 8pm to clean the room. There are certain pool areas reserved to certain guests so maybe that’s the one you should book for a more wholesome stay

NIE WIEDER
1.0Frühstück war in Ordnung. Lage direkt an der Bucht war auch in Ordnung. Poolanlage war auch in Ordnung, wenn auch gnadenlos überfüllt.
− Ein VIP-Zimmer wurde angeboten mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer in dem das Bett stand war gerade mal max. 14m². Meerblick war überhaupt nicht, man blickte wenn man sich seitlich aus dem Balkon lehnt auf das restliche Wasser in einer Bucht. Meer sieht man nicht. Wenn man aus dem Fenster sah, schaute man komplett auf das nächste Hotel. Eine volle weiße Front. Zwischen den beiden Hotels war auf einen kleinem Zwischengebäude die komplette Klimatechnik verbaut. Ein Höllenlärm. Also auf dem Balkon sitzen, ja mit Gehörschutz möglich. Dann hat man uns ein neues Zimmer angeboten, genau so klein aber mit einem breiterem Blick. Das war in den unteren Etagen. Die Etagen 1-4 haben komplett nach Väkalien gerochen. Aus der Klimaanlage kam auch direkt stoßweise der Fäkalgeruch. Auf dem Weg durch das Gebäude zum Pool hat man es vor Väkalgeruch nicht ausgehalten. Das zog sich bis in den Frühstücksraum hoch in der 4. Etage - Eingang-EG. Dafür haben wir 416,-€ für das Zimmer inkl. Frühstück (das war in Ordnung) bezahlt. Für diesen Preis bekommt man auf der ganzen Welt 5 Sterne-Hotel. Das ist ein 2 Sterne Hotel und noch schlecht geführt. Ein großteil der Mitarbeiter konnten nicht einmal grüßen. Der Service und die Lobby wurden von Kindern/Jugendlichen warscheinlich Studenten geführt. Fazit: Wir sind geschäftlich auf dieser Welt viel unterwegs. Das wir gerade auf Ibiza so ein schlechtes Hotel erwischen ist uns die letzten 30 Jahre nicht passiert.
