− Bar was right at entrance - car fumes from the car park in front of the hotel wafted into the bar area.

A luxury stay where staff go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
8.0Clean, tidy, roomy. The staff were without exception polite and professional, and more importantly friendly and smiling. They were able to enable the booking of twin beds and a bath for us.
− All small things, nothing very important. But for a luxury hotel, we expected better. Parking is tight. Some of the food at the buffet breakfast tasted stale. The toilet roll kept falling off the holder; easy to fix.
