Price and location were good, but the check in process and room quality are bad.
3.0Location for NFL football game was great.
− Check in process was very very bad. Long lines, waited until 7:00 pm to check in and was told we had to wait 1.5 hours because the room wasn't clean. Check in time was 3:00. Got a different room in the pyramid section of the hotel which was not great.
