− The facilities like pool and rooms are old very tired and need refurbishing- shower head was broken, sheets didn’t feel fresh pool tiles old and not inviting. Gym air con was broken

2.0Locatie is op loopafstand van het strand.
− Eigenlijk beviel niks me. Het is zichtbaar vergane glorie. Niks lijkt zoals op de foto’s. In het zwembad durfde ik mn grote teen niet eens te dompelen. De rand van de koelkast in het restaurant zal vol met schimmel. Wanneer je een koffie nam of een ander drankje waarvoor je moest betaalde liepen ze achter je aan met de rekening totdat je betaald had. Kamers worden niet goed schoongemaakt. Snachts hebben we getrippel gehoord, geluid van ongedierte. Zwerfkatten liepen rond welke hun behoefte hadden gedaan in de hal, voor onze deur. Het liefste wilde wij direct weg, helemaal nadat we getrippel hadden gehoord, hard getrippel. Geen klein muisje geluid… maar helaas werd mijn vriend ziek en werden we zelfs genoodzaakt om een nacht bij te boeken. Ik heb moeten onderhandelen voor de prijs aan de receptie want eerst werd mij een zeer hoog bedrag voorgesteld (ook na uitleg van onze situatie). De dag erna werd mijn vriend opgenomen in het ziekenhuis en heb ik de receptie gevraagd voor een late checkout. Ik zou eerst naar het ziekenhuis gaan (op 45 min afstand van hotel) en dan weer terug om onze spullen te halen. Dat was prima volgens hun want de kamer was toch niet geboekt maar ik zou wel moeten betalen. Ongeveer €5 per uur. Ik vond dit niet heel klantvriendelijk gezien de situatie maar ik vond het prima want ik had wel wat anders aan mijn hoofd. In het ziekenhuis dreigde alles uit te lopen dus had ik het hotel via app als telefonisch op de hoogte gesteld dat ik nog later zou zijn en dat ik daar voor zou betalen. Eenmaal in het hotel aangekomen, heb ik mij gemeld bij de receptie om aan te geven dat ik er was en dat ik de kamer leeg zou halen. Terwijl ik dit aan het doen was, in shock gezien onze omstandigheden op dat moment, werd ik geappt en gebeld door de hotelmanager, hij vroeg mij waar ik wel niet bleef en dat ik snel die kamer uit moest omdat hij geboekt was, hij maakte mij nog even duidelijk dat ik moest betalen.
