− Le non respect des règles autour de la piscine surtout avec les clients anglais. Le directeur ainsi que les maîtres nageurs étaient informés de ce désagrément et n’ont rien fait .

9.0Sinceramente en el hotel estaba todo muy bien, tanto las instalaciones, los shows, la comida, los trabajadores, todo genial!
− Lo unico que no me gusto fue la gente que estaba en el, es cierto que eso no es culpa del hotel ni mucho menos pero habia mucha gente maleducada sobre todo ingleses... a las 12:30 de la mañana con gritos y musica, un olor apestoso de marihuana que nos entraba hasta la habitacion, no respetaban el que no se podian guardar hamacas con las toallas, etc.

7.0Good location near the sea front. Clean hotel and allowed late check out albeit for a small fee!!
− Pool was quite small, large inflatable slide one day that took up half the pool. Booked for family of 5 but apartment was realitvely small, with just one bedroom that had two single beds. Other beds were two small couches in living room and one pull down in hallway.
Our second time staying in the CYE Holiday Center and would certainly return again.
9.0Our superior one bedroom apartment served our needs perfectly as a family of 5. Spotlessly clean, everything provided in the kitchen area and great big balconies with pool view which is wonderful. Our second time staying in CYE.
− Sun loungers get snapped up quickly in the morning but it's good that staff keep notice of the people who put towels on the loungers and go away for a long time and not use them until much later - depriving others from availing of a lounger.
