8.0Located near the Chicago river, just off Michigan avenue, the location is super convenient. Easy to get to shops, shows, restaurants and transportation.
− Unfortunately, when entering our room, we were greeted by a cockroach. To the credit of the staff, however, they very quickly re-roomed us and provided an extra basket of complimentary snacks.
