7.0Restaurant looked amazing! Very beautiful decor and sound proof rooms are awesome! Comfy beds and great big bathroom!
− Only received two towels - there were three of us on the booking. No remote control for tv- had to call for one. Crazy paying for airport shuttle. Should be part of package / room fee. Being so close - it’s cheeky asking for more $. Be great to have an infrared sauna. Great benefits post and pre flight. You’d get a lot of interest from it! Felt morning receptionist could have been warmer and more accommodating.

Why pay a Premium Price for worn out Sydney Pullman F expereince.
4.0Nice hotel, but it's not a premium hotel. It's a budget hotel sold as a Premium Pullman. Its a ripoff.
− No airport shuttle included. Every surface in the room was dilapidated, defective, worn or discoloured.
